Where are your essential oils sourced from?
We source steam-distilled aromatic oils directly from clusters across Madhya Pradesh, India — including the Nagarmotha and vetiver belts of Bundelkhand and the lemongrass fields of Neemuch and Tikamgarh — and across India for spice oils and specialty grades.
Do you provide a GC-MS report?
Yes. Every batch ships with a gas-chromatography (GC-MS) report and a Certificate of Analysis, sent before the goods. You are welcome to test the oil independently in your own laboratory at our cost.
What is Nagarmotha (Cypriol) oil and why is it special?
Nagarmotha, or Cypriol, is a deep woody, smoky essential oil distilled from the roots of Cyperus scariosus, a plant native to the riverbeds of Madhya Pradesh. It is prized in oud and oriental perfumery as a natural fixative and is produced in very few places worldwide, which makes India — and Madhya Pradesh in particular — a leading origin.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our order sizes are flexible. We welcome small trial orders — typically 25–100 kg — and scale up to bulk drums for regular buyers. Samples are 50–100 ml with full documentation.
How do you price your oils, FOB or CIF?
We quote both FOB (our default) and CIF on request. Pricing depends on the oil, grade, quantity and destination; mentha-based oils also move with the daily market, so we send a firm, current quotation rather than a fixed list price.
What are your payment terms?
For new buyers we work on advance plus balance before dispatch, or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight. As a track record builds, terms can be discussed. Goods are not dispatched until payment is secured, protecting both sides.
Can you supply on the merchant-export GST scheme?
Yes. We work with our distillation partners under the 0.1% merchant-export GST scheme (Notifications 40/2017 & 41/2017) where applicable, and handle full export documentation.
Which certifications can you provide?
Beyond the standard GC-MS, COA and MSDS, we arrange Halal, Kosher, IFRA conformity, EU allergen declarations, REACH declarations, organic (NPOP) and phytosanitary certificates depending on your market and application.
Do you offer private label or bulk drums?
Yes. We supply from documented samples through to 180–190 kg bulk drums, and offer private-label and custom pack sizes on order.
Which countries do you export to?
We supply buyers across the Gulf, Europe, the UK, North America and Asia. Being India-based, we ship worldwide by air or sea and advise the right mode per oil, including dangerous-goods handling where required.
